Yue Kou

I’m Kou Yue, a graduate of the Illustration program at the School of Visual Arts, specializing in visual arts and concept design. My work primarily focuses on digital art, with a particular emphasis on creating concept art for video games.

My artistic style is deeply inspired by animation and manga, characterized by bold lines and vibrant colors that bring a comic-like aesthetic to life. I am passionate about combining my illustration skills with programming through the study of interaction design and game design, aiming to create more dynamic and immersive artistic experiences.

My goal is to convey my design concepts through my work and establish an emotional connection with the audience, making art not just a visual experience, but also a medium for communication and interaction.
